Before joining Manreau & Partners, Daniel ran plant operations and later a regional manufacturing division for a multinational industrial group. He now leads the firm's Industrial Manufacturing practice, focused on transformations that have to work at 6am on the line, not just in the boardroom.
His work concentrates on the gap between corporate transformation strategy and plant-level execution, where most manufacturing transformations actually succeed or fail.
