Sofia has spent her career on the point where strategy meets the people who have to carry it out. She works with executive committees and boards who have already done the hard thinking, and now need decisions, resourcing and behavior to move together.
She joined Manreau & Partners after a decade advising industrial and financial-services leadership teams through ownership changes, turnarounds and multi-year transformation programs. Her approach treats alignment as an operating discipline, not a workshop outcome.
