Across more than twenty years, Waheeda has worked as an external adviser, internal transformation leader, entrepreneur, senior client partner and executive coach. Her experience spans organization and operating-model transformation, digital business building, technology strategy and complex change, with particular depth in retail and consumer industries.
Before founding MANREAU, she led retail and consumer-goods client development in the DACH region for Genpact. At Schwarz Group, she built and led an internal consulting unit reporting directly to the board and helped shape the group’s strategic organization and digitization agenda. Earlier roles at KPMG and Detecon included C-level advisory, target operating models, digital and technology strategies, sourcing, transition management and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Trained in economics and philosophy, Waheeda founded MANREAU to address the gap between designing transformation and building an organization capable of leading it. Her work connects business, technology and culture with the collective judgment, negotiated alignment and operating discipline required to turn strategic intent into measurable value.
